We are working with Sunday Morning and have purchased the Hawaii model home (Granny flat) to serve as a model for affordable, quality housing for Native Hawaiians, especially those that have been

impacted by the criminal justice system. This first home is near completion (estimated for April 11, 2025) and is located on the Nation of Hawaii property in Waimanalo, Hawaii.

I enjoy working with Amber Wang of Sunday Morning and am available to answer any questions you may have. The quality of the home is very good and much better than other modular homes that we have seen; our project engineers have concurred with that opinion.

The company, run by two driven and capable professionals, delivered exactly what they promised and did so with speed and quality that’s hard to come by. From the design phase through to delivery and installation, the process was smooth. We purchased three units: one is being used as a laundry room for our RV Park, and the other two-bedroom, one-bath unit will be a great option for our guests. The timeline from start to finish was faster than I expected and much faster than what most companies could deliver. In addition to the housing units, Sunday Morning also provided video wall screens that have made a noticeable impact in our casino. The quality, picture, and sound—especially for the price—were impressive. Throughout the process, their customer service stood out.
