Hina Reed is the Chief Executive Officer of Sunday Morning Living, where she leads large‑scale development initiatives that bring lasting economic, cultural, and community value to Indigenous nations across the United States. Her work spans affordable housing, commercial and industrial facilities, childcare centers, healthcare clinics, hotels, and full‑scale casino developments—each project grounded in respect, partnership, and long‑term sustainability.
Hina began her career in the gaming industry in 1999 as the Division Training Manager for MGM Grand in Las Vegas and Detroit. Her operational expertise and leadership quickly propelled her forward, and by 2002 she became the Director of Slot Operations at Caesars Palace Las Vegas, one of the most iconic gaming properties in the world. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in bringing financial services to kiosks deployed nationwide—an innovation that reshaped the guest experience and modernized casino operations.
After years on the operations side, Hina transitioned into the marketing and development arena, where she leveraged her deep slot operations knowledge to elevate the casino patron journey.
