She started her career in the gaming industry as the Division Training Manager for MGM Grand, LV, and Detroit in 1999. She became the Director of Slot Operation's At Caesars Palace Las Vegas from 2002-2005. She was instrumental in bringing the ATM functionality onto Ticket redemption units.
She left the operations side of gaming and entered the Marketing world where she utilized her slot operations knowledge to enhance a casino patrons experience. She opened over 200+ casinos world wide.
She continues to thrive providing manufacturer homes for the Native American communities.
